Wendy Acosta
Wendy Acosta is the managing partner of Lunas Capital. Being a dental healthcare professional, she's always had a passion to serve in her community. Her real estate investing journey started with long term rentals and fix and flipping single family homes, her passion to impact communities and to work with like-minded individuals is what led her into the multifamily space. Since then, she has participated in multifamily syndication deals and is continuing her passion to teach others about the benefits of multifamily real estate investing as a vehicle to build generational wealth.
As a healthcare provider she is conscientious of the integrity, dedication and hard work that is required to build rapport and to gain peoples' trust. Wendy is also a certified speaker, mentor and coach who loves teaching mindset strategies to help others win at Life!
Luis Almanza
Luis is the managing partner of Lunas Capital. As a U.S military veteran, his core values are centered around serving others and being a leader in the community. With over 13 years experience in contractor services, Luis has used his skills in real estate through flipping and renting single family homes. He has a vision for helping others build generational wealth along with community improvement. Luis is committed to outperforming investors expectations through innovative multifamily investments.
